About the Program

 

Want to take your game to the next level with a custom training program designed for you? 

 

As young athletes, it is important to learn how to properly train and move at an earlier age. Our Charlie Bourgeois High Performance Director of Training, Sheldon Drover is highly accomplished and has worked with individuals to take them to the next step in their journey. 

 

About the Training:

 

Sheldon will build you a custom training program that will bring your fitness to the next level. With your custom training program he will be able to tailor your training around every aspect of your life such as; goals (performance, aesthetic, longevity, muscle mass, weight loss, toning etc.), time commitment in the gym, occupation. The list goes on and on. It is Sheldon's goal to ensure as a client you get all the results you are looking for.

 

What we need from you:

 

Depending on the type of training program Sheldon will ask for you:

  • to record your weight used in certain exercise, and time of completion in certain events / workouts. 
  • Be honest with your progress
  • Be willing to learn and challenge yourself

What is included in this bundle?

  • Initial Assessment and Evaluation
  • Bi-Weekly check-ins either in person, face-time, calls, or emails
  • Monthly custom program to your individual goals
  • Unlimited support for questions through text
  • Any changes to the program due to new goals or lifestyle changes.

 

About Sheldon:

Sheldon holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics degree from St Francis Xavier University, and works as Director of Training for Charlie Bourgeois High Performance Training.  Over the past 15 years, he has worked with all types of clients, whether it is for fat loss to professional athletes and has the experience to help guide you towards your goals.
